Als Buchhalter*in in Teilzeit bist du zuständig für die Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung mit Schwerpunkt auf der Erfassung und Buchung von Kontoumsätzen sowie der korrekten Zuordnung zu Kostenstellen.

  • Laufende Buchhaltung & Belegerfassung – Erfassung von Kontoumsätzen und Belegen sowie die Buchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle.
  • Kontierung & Objektzuordnung – Zuordnung zu den passenden Konten, Kostenstellen und verwalteten Objekten.
  • Kontenpflege & Abstimmung – Regelmäßige Prüfung und Abstimmung der Konten.
  • Zahlungsklärung & Nachverfolgung – Selbstständige Klärung unklarer Zahlungseingänge und Buchungen.

Dieses Potenzial bringst du mit:

  • Fachliche Qualifikation & Ausbildung – Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau, Steuerfachangestellte/r oder Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Buchhaltungserfahrung – Praktische Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung; eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Finanzbuchhalter/in oder Bilanzbuchhalter/in ist von Vorteil.
  • Digitale Kompetenz – Sicherer Umgang mit Verwaltungsprogrammen und digitaler Belegverarbeitung.
  • Struktur & Sorgfalt – Du arbeitest präzise, organisiert und eigenständig und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick.
  • Teamgeist & Verlässlichkeit – Du bist zuverlässig, kommunikationsstark und schätzt ein modernes, kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld.
