学历与专业： 计算机相关专业本科及以上在读，扎实的计算机基础（数据结构、操作系统、网络） 必备技能： 1. 熟练掌握至少一门主流编程语言（Java/Go/Python/C++），了解常用框架（Spring/ Gin/ Django等） 2. 熟悉MySQL、Redis等常用存储，具备基本的SQL优化与缓存设计能力 3. 了解分布式系统基本概念（微服务、消息队列、RPC等） 加分项： 1. 有ToB/SaaS项目开发经验或开源项目贡献 2. 熟悉Docker/K8s、Linux运维 3. 了解前端技术栈（React/Vue），具备全栈开发能力
