The posting

1、负责全流程电气设备的日常点检、预防性维护与定期保养，确保设备处于最佳运行状态。 2、主导或参与电气设备的故障诊断、应急抢修与根源分析，制定并实施长效解决方案，最大限度缩短停机时间，提升设备综合作业率（OEE）。 3、严格执行电气设备定期检修计划，并作为技术骨干参与年度大中修项目，对检修质量与进度负责。 4、协助进行电气控制系统（PLC、HMI、变频器、传动系统）的程序维护、备份、优化及小型技术改造，参与节能降耗与自动化水平提升项目。 5、负责管辖区域内所有电气设备技术资料（图纸、程序、参数手册）的收集、整理、更新与归档，建立并维护准确的设备台账与点检维修记录。 6、严格遵守公司电气安全规程，执行作业票制度，负责现场电气安全隐患的排查、上报与整改落实，确保人机安全。 7、为岗位操作人员与维修班组提供电气设备操作要点、日常点检及安全规范的培训与技术支持。

1、本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业。 2、3年以上重工业现场电气设备维护经验，熟悉烧结工艺及关键设备者优先。 3、精通主流品牌 PLC 编程与通信，能调试变频器等传动设备，独立识读电气图纸并使用诊断工具。 4、持有有效的电工操作证。
