Шукаємо Hardware Lead, який/яка підсилить R&D-команду одного з наших партнерів. Компанія створює та виробляє технологічні рішення, що вразили вже сотні тисяч цілей ворога.

Які задачі чекають на тебе:

  • Розробка архітектури електронних систем, вибір технічних рішень, компонентів, технологій та інструментів розробки;
  • Проведення Design Review електричних схем, PCB та технічних рішень, впровадження інженерних стандартів і кращих практик розробки;
  • Забезпечення готовності розробок до серійного виробництва, оптимізація конструкцій з урахуванням DFM/DFA/DFT, собівартості та виробничих обмежень, супровід запуску у виробництво;
  • Управління командою Hardware Engineers: планування та розподіл завдань, контроль виконання, менторинг і професійний розвиток інженерів;
  • Безпосередня участь у розробці складних електричних схем, багатошарових PCB, модулів живлення, керування двигунами, сенсорних та комунікаційних систем.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Релевантний практичний досвід розробки електроніки, включаючи складні багатошарові PCB та електронні системи;
  • Досвід повного циклу розробки складних електронних плат — від проєктування та прототипування до запуску й стабілізації серійного виробництва;
  • Досвід технічного лідерства, координації роботи Hardware Engineers, проведення Design Review та менторингу;
  • Впевнене володіння Altium Designer, досвід розробки електричних схем, PCB Layout та підготовки виробничої документації;
  • Глибокі знання аналогової та цифрової схемотехніки, силової електроніки, мікроконтролерів та основних інтерфейсів комунікації;
  • Знання технологій виготовлення PCB, SMT-монтажу, розуміння принципів DFM/DFA/DFT, EMI/EMC, термоменеджменту та вимог до надійності серійних виробів;
  • Досвід підбору компонентної бази, формування BOM, вибору альтернативних компонентів та оцінки ризиків постачання.

Буде перевагою

  • Досвід розробки електроніки для БПЛА, оборонної промисловості, аерокосмічної галузі, робототехніки або автомобільної електроніки;
  • Досвід High-Speed PCB Design, розуміння принципів Signal Integrity та Power Integrity;
  • Досвід RF PCB Design на частотах до 6 ГГц включно;
  • Досвід роботи з міліметровим діапазоном хвиль (30-77 ГГц);
  • Досвід Power Electronics Design: DC-DC перетворювачі, інвертори, Motor Control;
  • Знання MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, IPC-WHMA-A-620 та інших галузевих стандартів;
  • Досвід використання PDM/PLM, систем контролю версій та управління інженерними змінами (ECO/ECN).
