Зараз шукаємо MRB менеджера (Фахівець з контролю невідповідної продукції) для одного з найбільших виробників технологій для оборони України.

Компанія об’єднує 5000+ спеціалістів, власне R&D та масштабне виробництво, випускаючи понад 100 000 продуктів щомісяця. Їхні рішення вже працюють у реальних умовах і масштабуються далі.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Досвід роботи на таких позиціях як Обліковець, Комірник, Інженер з ремонту або Фахівець з якості.
  • Знання та практичні навички в 1С, ITE, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Базове розуміння електроніки.
  • Уважність до деталей: не весь брак може бути легкопомітним.
  • Аналітичне мислення.

Основні обов'язки:

  • Верифікувати брак, який виробництво ізолює в Ізоляторі браку.
  • Проводити аналіз виникнення браку, забезпечення швидкої реакції під час появи браку на виробництві.
  • Сортування та маршрутизація браку (на списання, на повернення постачальнику, на ремонт, на донорство, допуск у виробництво).
  • Ведення статистики по втратам та заощадженням.
  • Допомога у встановленні критеріїв якості.
