Шукаємо Senior Інженера-Технолога RnD, який/яка підсилить R&D-команду одного з наших партнерів. Компанія створює та виробляє технологічні рішення, що вразили вже сотні тисяч цілей ворога.

Це можливість працювати в команді повного циклу: від ідеї до серійного продукту. Тут можна керувати своїми проєктами, впливати на технічні рішення та швидко втілювати їх у життя завдяки власному виробництву.

Які задачі чекають на тебе:

  • Технологічна підготовка прототипів, перед- і серійного виробництва (розробка технологічних та/або робочих інструкцій з підготовки, збирання, налагодження електронних вузлів/виробів), допомога з впровадження та супроводу технологічних процесів.
  • Супровід серійного виробництва, організація комунікації між виробництвом та розробниками у разі виявлених невідповідностей у технічній документації, комплектації. У разі потреби — опрацювання питань, щодо замін компонентів тощо.
  • Постійний підбір та пошук аналогів, покращень технологій та процесів підготовки прототипів та серійних виробів.
  • Пошук, підбір та оцінка якості компонентів для швидкого прототипування.
  • Підготовка продуктів для переходу з прототипу до серійного зразка.
  • Підготовка та впровадження змін в серійні зразки за потребою, їх документування.
  • Аналіз причини виникнення браку комплектуючих, напівфабрикатів і готової продукції, підготовка та реалізація дій, щодо їх усунення спільно з відділом якості.
  • Підготовка та ведення документації на вироби, специфікації, вузли, матеріали та комплектуючі.
  • Контроль актуальності даних щодо матеріалів, норм витрат, вартості, замінників тощо.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Від 2-х років на посаді технолога, інженера-технолога виробництва електроніки або механіки, електричних та/або електронних вузлів/приладів/обладнання.
  • Досвід участі у створенні hardware-продуктів
  • Досвід роботи з технологічною документацією (техпроцеси, маршрутні карти, комплектувальні листи)
  • Впевнений користувач ПК.
  • Досвід з 1С, Excel / Google Sheets.

Буде плюсом:

  • Військовий досвід або робота з бойовими підрозділами (наприклад, FPV оператором)
  • Досвід роботи з БпЛА.
