Vous souhaitez contribuer au succès du leader mondial des machines à café automatiques professionnelles ? Nous recherchons un(e) Process Improvement Engineer passionné(e) et orienté(e) terrain pour rejoindre nos équipes à Sierre (Valais, Suisse).

Vos missions principales

  • Optimisation de l'usine : Définition des flux d'assemblage, mise à jour du layout de l'usine, conception et installation de nouvelles lignes de production.
  • Projets d'amélioration continue : Ergonomie des postes de travail, révision du conditionnement des pièces et suivi du stockage sur les cellules.
  • Efficacité opérationnelle : Analyse des FTQ, mise en place de plans d'actions correctives et augmentation de l'efficience globale.
  • Process de montage : Définition des temps de montage et rédaction des instructions.
  • Collaboration : Travail étroit avec les équipes Production, Qualité et Process Improvement.

Votre profil

  • Formation : Diplôme d’ingénieur(e) ou formation équivalente.
  • Expérience : Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire (process, méthodes, industrialisation).

Compétences \& Qualités* *:

  • Pragmaticisme, esprit d'analyse aiguisé et force de proposition.
  • Aisance relationnelle et orientation terrain.
  • Maîtrise du français (l'anglais est un atout).
