Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

  • Acompanhar as contas a receber, controlar vencimentos e identificar pagamentos pendentes;
  • Realizar cobranças por e-mail e telefone, mantendo uma comunicação clara, cordial e objetiva com os clientes;
  • Registrar os contatos realizados e acompanhar os retornos e os prazos de pagamento acordados;
  • Emitir e encaminhar notas fiscais, conferindo as informações necessárias para o faturamento;
  • Apoiar os processos de compras, incluindo cotações, contato com fornecedores e acompanhamento de pedidos;
  • Acompanhar a validade das certidões da empresa, providenciar suas atualizações e manter a documentação organizada;
  • Atualizar planilhas e controles administrativos e financeiros, garantindo a organização e a precisão das informações.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Economia, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas afins;
  • Excel avançado (fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas, análise e cruzamento de dados);
  • Experiência com rotinas de compras e negociação com fornecedores;
  • Vivência com sistemas ERP para gestão de compras;
  • Conhecimentos básicos de controle administrativo, documentação e gestão predial;
  • Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e com boa comunicação;
  • Senso de urgência e capacidade de adaptação a ambientes dinâmicos.
