Atividades e responsabilidades:

  • Planejar e executar o calendário de conteúdo das redes sociais corporativas;
  • Criar peças gráficas, imagens, vídeos e outros conteúdos com apoio de ferramentas de inteligência artificial;
  • Desenvolver, configurar e aprimorar agentes de IA aplicados às rotinas de marketing;
  • Criar prompts, fluxos e automações que aumentem a qualidade e a produtividade da área;
  • Adaptar conteúdos para diferentes canais, formatos, públicos e objetivos;
  • Planejar e acompanhar campanhas orgânicas e, quando aplicável, campanhas de mídia paga;
  • Monitorar indicadores como alcance, impressões, visualizações, engajamento, crescimento de seguidores, cliques, tráfego e conversões;
  • Construir relatórios e dashboards que traduzam os dados das campanhas em análises e recomendações;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria a partir do comportamento da audiência e dos resultados obtidos;
  • Propor ações para fortalecer o posicionamento digital e a autoridade da marca;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com áreas técnicas e comerciais, transformando temas de Cybersecurity, GRC e Privacidade em conteúdos claros e relevantes;
  • Acompanhar tendências de marketing digital, redes sociais, produção audiovisual e inteligência artificial.

Requisitos indispensáveis:

  • Experiência prática com marketing digital e gestão de redes sociais corporativas;
  • Capacidade de analisar dados de campanhas e redes sociais;
  • Conhecimento de métricas de alcance, visualizações, engajamento, crescimento de audiência, tráfego e conversão;
  • Capacidade de transformar métricas em diagnósticos e planos de ação;
  • Boa redação e habilidade para adaptar a comunicação a diferentes públicos;
  • Organização, autonomia e capacidade de conduzir atividades desde o planejamento até a análise dos resultados;
  • Portfólio ou apresentação de cases que demonstrem a evolução de redes sociais ou campanhas sob sua responsabilidade.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em empresas de tecnologia, consultorias ou negócios B2B/B2G;
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de automação e integração entre plataformas;
  • Experiência com mídia paga, SEO, landing pages ou geração de leads;
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de análise, visualização de dados e dashboards;
  • Conhecimento de identidade visual e aplicação de diretrizes de marca;
  • Familiaridade com estratégias de social selling e conteúdo para LinkedIn.
