The posting

Work tasks: Main duties:- Welcome customers, provide friendly service, and help prepare and serve food and drinks when needed. - Prepare and serve dishes, coffee, and other hot and cold drinks. - Take orders, process payments, and operate the cash register (POS). - Keep tables, customer areas, workstations, and equipment clean and organized, including washing dishes (using dishwasher). - Help a supervisor with daily restaurant operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. - Coordinate, guide, and support team members, including training new employees and organizing daily tasks. - Help organize staff schedules, shifts, breaks, and replacements. - Oversee product availability, stock levels, cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards. - Support the Supervisor with daily planning, operational records, opening and closing procedures, and improving restaurant operations, follow company procedures, etc.

Other requirements: - Previous experience in customer service and guiding or coordinating the work of team members.- Ability to communicate with customers in both Estonian and English. - Good organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate daily tasks, staff schedules, and basic inventory activities. - Friendly and professional communication skills, including the ability to answer customer questions and resolve problems. - Basic computer skills, including the ability to use POS systems, spreadsheets, and email. - A responsible, reliable, and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work as part of a team and stay organized during busy periods.
