The posting

Work tasks: Your Main Responsibilities:- Warmly welcome customers, assist them with their orders, and provide friendly, attentive service. - Prepare and serve dishes, coffee, and other hot and cold drinks. - Take orders, process payments, and operate the cash register (POS). - Keep tables, customer areas, workstations, and equipment clean and organized, including washing dishes (using dishwasher). - Check product freshness, restock supplies, and follow food safety and hygiene standards. - Work together with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations, especially during busy hours. - Follow company procedures and assist with other daily tasks as needed.

Other requirements: What We Expect From You:- A friendly, helpful attitude and good communication skills. - Ability to communicate confidently with customers in both Estonian and English. - Honesty, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team. - Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to work during busy periods. - Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards. - A valid health certificate for food handling. - Previous experience in customer service, operating a POS system, or preparing coffee drinks is an advantage but not required.

Option to work from home: No

Working load, shifts: 0.375–0.75 FTE (15–30 hours per week)
