  • Du verantwortest die Konfiguration, Administration und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Netzwerken, Firewalls und Servern
  • Du erstellst, pflegst und optimierst technische Dokumentationen sowie Systemdokumentationen
  • Du bearbeitest und koordinierst Tickets gemäß definierter Service-Level-Agreements und stellst eine nachhaltige Lösungsfindung sicher
  • Du unterstützt Anwender und Kunden über die Hotline bei technischen Fragestellungen und analysierst sowie behebst auftretende Störungen eigenständig
  • Die Planung, Durchführung und Betreuung von Hard- und Softwareinstallationen vor Ort sowie remote gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich

Deine Ausrüstung zum Erfolg

  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows Servern, Active Directory sowie Microsoft 365
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Netzwerkadministration, VPN-Technologien und Virtualisierungslösungen (z. B. Hyper-V) mit
  • Du besitzt umfangreiche Praxiserfahrung im Support und Troubleshooting sowie im Umgang mit Monitoring- und Logging-Tools
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für IT-Sicherheit, insbesondere in den Bereichen Infrastruktur- und Endpoint-Security
  • Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung im medizinischen Umfeld (z. B. PVS-, Röntgensysteme, Telematik-Infrastruktur), trittst souverän und professionell im Kundenkontakt auf und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung aus
  • Du analysierst komplexe technische Zusammenhänge schnell und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungsansätze
