We’re growing – and looking for you! EvidentIQ Group GmbH is part of an international software group developing leading eClinical solutions for clinical research, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals.

As part of our HR team, you’ll work directly with the CEO and help us attract the best talents, further develop our company culture, and position EvidentIQ as an attractive employer.

Would you like to get hands-on experience in Human Resources alongside your studies and take on real responsibility? Then join EvidentIQ as an HR Working Student (m/f/d) – Focus on Recruiting!

  • Active sourcing: You’ll actively search for talent and approach exciting candidates, e.g. via LinkedIn.
  • Support throughout the entire recruiting process – from job posting to interview coordination.
  • Contribute to designing new HR processes and optimizing existing ones.
  • Enhance the onboarding experience for our new colleagues.
  • Participate in additional HR projects that strengthen our team and culture.
  • Support employer branding, team, and culture development: Help shape initiatives to strengthen our company culture. Bring your own ideas to foster employee engagement, internal communication, and employer branding. Support with events, internal campaigns, and communication initiatives.
  • Maintain and optimize our HR systems (especially Personio).

Your profile

  • Enrolled student (e.g. in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Communication Studies).
  • Interest in recruiting, HR processes, team culture, and employer branding.
  • Organizational talent, creativity, and initiative.
  • Initial experience with HR tools (e.g. Personio, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent German and English skills.
