Op dit ogenblik zijn wij voor ons team “Management & Support” op zoek naar een Allround Administratief Medewerker.

  • Als nieuwe collega sta je ons bestaand administratief en commercieel team bij in de dagelijkse organisatie van hun werk. Je werkt doorgaans met informatie met een vertrouwelijk karakter.
  • Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan het team Facility & Fleet.
  • Je staat in voor het onthaal van bezoekers. Dit onthaal wordt binnenkort grotendeels gedigitaliseerd, waarbij jij vanuit de open space ondersteunt waar nodig.
  • Je staat in voor de ontvangst en behandeling van de binnenkomende telefonie, je analyseert de binnenkomende vragen en zorgt voor de doorschakeling naar de juiste contactpersoon/afdeling.
  • Je werkt mee aan de verwerking en het doorsturen van het binnenkomende e-mailverkeer (intern en extern) in de verschillende mailboxen.
  • Je ondersteunt onze commerciële binnendienst bij de opmaak van offertes.
  • Je controleert en actualiseert de gegevens in onze referentiefiches.
  • Je biedt mogelijks ondersteuning bij het updaten van website, social media en andere communicatie.
  • Je behandelt de binnenkomende en uitgaande post.
  • Je helpt mee bij de organisatie van evenementen, personeelsactiviteiten, …
  • Bij voorkeur een bacheloropleiding in een administratieve richting
  • Goede computer skills, kennis van en ervaring met Microsoft Office toepassingen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acces)
  • Plichtsbewust, nauwkeurig en punctueel ingesteld
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Leergierig, bereid om diverse zaken bij te leren
