This allows us to match the required professional skills with the appropriate healthcare setting.We are a team of professionals with the necessary skills and experience to deal with temporary staffing challenges and most of our team have been working with us for many years.The Role of an Agency Healthcare Assistant;o Assist facility staff with the implementation of individual care plans, undertaking daily tasks and activities as directed in order to facilitate the wellbeing, dignity and treatment of all residents Working efficiently with the multidisciplinary team to approach patient careo Assist residents/patients with all personal care required, including: Bathing in bed/bathroom/chair to include essential aspects of personal hygiene – i.e. washing body and hair, brushing teeth etc and ensuring that such activities comply with the procedures and relevant healthcare legislationo Observe and monitor the wellbeing of residents ensuring that any unusual physical, mental or emotional occurrences are promptly reported to senior staff and documented appropriately.
