Wil jij werken aan het kloppend hart van onze procesautomatisering?

Technologie staat nooit stil. Onze fabriek ook niet. Daarom zoeken wij een Automation Specialist die ervoor zorgt dat onze automatiseringssystemen betrouwbaar, veilig en toekomstbestendig blijven.

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je techniek, probleemoplossing, projectwerk en samenwerking. De ene dag los je een complexe storing op, de volgende dag begeleid je een contractor, werk je aan een DCS-migratie of lever je een bijdrage aan OT-security vraagstukken. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen Operations, Maintenance, Engineering en externe partners.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Automation Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, onderhoud en de optimalisatie van onze industriële automatiseringssystemen. Je draagt direct bij aan de betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en continuïteit van onze productieprocessen.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt bij storingen binnen de automatiserings- en besturingssystemen.
  • Uitvoeren en coördineren van basis onderhoud aan DCS- en aanverwante systemen.
  • Voorbereiden, uitvoeren en begeleiden van DCS-migraties en systeemupgrades.
  • Actief deelnemen aan de DCS-commissie.
  • Ondersteunen van OT-security-activiteiten en bijdragen aan cybersecurity-initiatieven, waaronder werkzaamheden binnen Archer.
  • Plannen, begeleiden en technisch ondersteunen van externe contractors.
  • Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van onderhoudsstops en turnarounds.
  • Initiëren en implementeren van verbeteringen op het gebied van betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en beschikbaarheid.
  • Intensief samenwerken met Operations, Maintenance, E&I en Engineering om technische uitdagingen op te lossen.

Wat breng je mee?

Wij zoeken een professional die techniek combineert met eigenaarschap en een hands-on mentaliteit.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een afgeronde MBO-opleiding Technicus Industriële Automatisering of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding.
  • 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen industriële automatisering, bij voorkeur in een procesindustriële omgeving.
  • Ervaring met DCS-systemen.
  • Ervaring met DCS-migraties is een sterke pré.
  • Kennis van industriële automatisering en procesbesturing.
  • Kennis van OT-security binnen industriële omgevingen.
  • Kennis van Siemens- en/of Honeywell-systemen is een pré.
  • Affiniteit met Elektrotechniek & Instrumentatie (E&I).
  • Kennis van SIL (Safety Integrity Level) en functionele veiligheid is een pré.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Een proactieve, zelfstandige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
  • De bereidheid om over functiegrenzen heen te kijken en waar nodig collega's binnen andere disciplines te ondersteunen.
  • Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan de consignatiedienst.
