RESPONSABILITÀ

  • Assicura il corretto svolgimento del programma di produzione concordato, controllando il funzionamento dei reattori nel rispetto del metodo di operare per la realizzazione del prodotto.
  • Opera su macchinari complessi.
  • Possiede capacità di risoluzione di eventuali problemi di produzione.
  • È in grado di definire le priorità delle attività ordinarie.
  • Esegue i controlli analitici (controlli di processo IPC) necessari alla preparazione del prodotto.
  • Controlla le attività svolte dagli operatori, nel rispetto del piano di produzione, delle direttive ricevute, della qualità e quantità ottenuta del prodotto finito applicando e facendo applicare le procedure esistenti in materia di metodi di produzione, sicurezza, protezione ed igiene ambientale.
  • È responsabile per quanto di competenza del rispetto delle procedure esistenti, delle norme di gestione dei permessi di lavoro nel reparto di produzione.
  • Autorizza i permessi di lavoro negli impianti nel rispetto delle procedure e verifica l’effettiva adozione delle precauzioni richieste.
  • È responsabile della pulizia del proprio posto di lavoro.
  • Affianca il manutentore nelle attività di manutenzione ordinaria e verifica che l'esecuzione dei lavori sia stata svolta efficacemente.
  • Provvede alla formazione del personale meno esperto.
  • Esegue attività analitiche di controllo qualità su prodotti e/o processi.
  • Utilizza e fa utilizzare i dispositivi di protezione individuale, per salvaguardare l’ambiente e garantire la sicurezza e il benessere proprio e delle altre persone.

REQUISITI

Istituto tecnico professionale, scuola media superiore a indirizzo tecnico/chimico.

Doti di capacità logiche.

Patentino per la conduzione di carrelli elevatori semoventi con conducente a bordo.

Gradita esperienza di almeno due anni in posizione simile in impianto chimico su ciclo continuo e/o settore cosmetico, gomma plastica.

Esperienza di base nell’utilizzo di semplici sistemi d’ufficio e operativi.

Utilizza capacità di comunicazione verbale chiare ed efficaci, con orientamento (ma senza una supervisione costante), per esprimere idee, e richiedere azioni.

Opera con orientamento (ma senza una supervisione costante) nello sviluppo, monitoraggio, interpretazione e comprensione delle procedure aziendali.

COSA OFFRIAMO

Assunzione a tempo indeterminato previo superamento di un congruo periodo di prova.

Inquadramento iniziale D1 CCNL Industria Chimica-Farmaceutica.

Iniziale Retribuzione Annua Lorda (RAL) indicativamente compresa tra € 33.883 e € 35.000 (commisurato all'esperienza), oltre a maggiorazioni e indennità di turno.

Premio di risultato.
