Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Fachgemäße Zubereitung von Speisen und Buffets jeglicher Art sowie Kontrolle der eigenen Arbeitsergebnisse
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Menüs und Speiseplänen
  • Sicherstellung des fachgerechten Umgangs mit Lebensmitteln und Arbeitsgeräten sowie Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften
  • Mitverantwortung für die korrekte und ordnungsgemäße Lagerung von Lebensmitteln und Waren
  • Anleitung von Küchenhilfen und neuen Mitarbeitern

Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung zum Koch mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Kreativität in der Zubereitung und Bereitstellung von Speisen
  • Einschlägige Kenntnisse der Hygieneverordnung wie auch im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Von Motivation und Einsatzfreude geprägte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
