Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Anlagenüberwachung: Durchführung von Anlagenbegehungen inklusive Bedienung, Kontrolle und Überwachung von Produktions- und Nebenanlagen unter Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften, einschließlich Arbeiten unter Atemschutz
  • Prozessführung: Überwachung, Steuerung und Dokumentation der Produktionsprozesse gemäß vorgegebenen Betriebs-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Produktionslogistik: Befüllung der Produktionsanlagen und Durchführung von Abfüll-, Umfüll-, Verpackungs-, Kennzeichnungs- und Transporttätigkeiten
  • Qualitätskontrolle: Eigenständige Entnahme standardisierter Prozess- und Qualitätsproben sowie Durchführung einfacher analytischer Untersuchungen zur Sicherstellung der Produktqualität
  • Prozessleittechnik: Bedienung von Prozessleitsystemen zur Steuerung der Produktionsanlagen
  • Instandhaltung: Selbstständige Durchführung kleinerer Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Produktionsplanung: Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Organisation von Produktionsabläufen nach betrieblichen Vorgaben und Arbeitsanweisungen

Anforderungen

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung, bevorzugt in einem chemischen, technischen oder handwerklichen Beruf
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem produktionsnahen oder vergleichbaren Aufgabenbereich
  • Anlagenkenntnisse: Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktionsanlagen sowie verfahrenstechnischen Prozessen
  • Flurförderzeuge: Staplerführerschein wünschenswert
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Persönliche Kompetenzen: Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Arbeitssicherheit: Bereitschaft zum Tragen von persönlicher Schutzausrüstung, insbesondere Voll- und Halbmasken sowie Gebläsehauben
