A Evoy Consórcios está em busca de um(a) Advogado(a) Pleno para integrar nossa equipe jurídica, com atuação estratégica na gestão do contencioso de massa.

Buscamos um profissional com sólida experiência em contencioso cível, capacidade analítica, visão estratégica e habilidade para gerenciar riscos jurídicos, desenvolver teses processuais e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos resultados da área.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Conduzir processos judiciais de maior complexidade, relevância estratégica ou impacto financeiro;
  • Desenvolver e aprimorar teses jurídicas e estratégias processuais;
  • Elaborar e revisar peças processuais, manifestações e recursos de maior complexidade;
  • Analisar a viabilidade de recursos, considerando perspectivas de êxito, riscos, custos e impactos financeiros;
  • Realizar o provisionamento da carteira contenciosa, incluindo classificação de riscos e atualização de valores;
  • Elaborar e analisar relatórios gerenciais, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) do Contencioso, propondo melhorias e planos de ação;
  • Monitorar a evolução da carteira processual, identificando riscos e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Identificar e reportar processos com maior exposição jurídica ou financeira;
  • Promover a padronização de teses, peças, procedimentos e estratégias processuais;
  • Acompanhar jurisprudências, precedentes e alterações legislativas relevantes;
  • Orientar tecnicamente os Advogados Júniores e revisar demandas de maior relevância;
  • Garantir a atualização e a qualidade das informações nos sistemas jurídicos;
  • Identificar causas recorrentes de litigiosidade e propor medidas preventivas;
  • Apoiar a liderança jurídica na gestão técnica e estratégica do Contencioso.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Direito;
  • Inscrição ativa e regular na OAB;
  • Experiência sólida em contencioso cível de massa;
  • Conhecimento aprofundado em Direito Civil, Processual Civil e Direito do Consumidor;
  • Experiência na elaboração de peças e recursos de maior complexidade;
  • Vivência com gestão de carteira processual e análise de riscos jurídicos;
  • Conhecimento em provisionamento de contingências judiciais;
  • Experiência com indicadores jurídicos, relatórios gerenciais e análise de resultados;
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão processual e plataformas judiciais eletrônicas;
  • Excel intermediário ou avançado.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em departamentos jurídicos corporativos;
  • Atuação no segmento financeiro, bancário ou de consórcios;
  • Experiência com gestão técnica de contencioso de massa;
  • Conhecimento em automação jurídica e ferramentas de Business Intelligence (BI);
  • Vivência na padronização de teses jurídicas e melhoria de processos.
