Sobre a oportunidade

A Evoy Consórcios está em busca de um(a) Advogado(a) Júnior para integrar nossa equipe jurídica, com atuação em contencioso de massa. Buscamos um profissional organizado, proativo, com boa capacidade analítica e interesse em desenvolver sua carreira no ambiente jurídico corporativo.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Elaborar peças processuais, petições e manifestações judiciais;
  • Acompanhar processos, publicações e intimações, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos processuais;
  • Analisar decisões judiciais e adotar as providências necessárias, conforme orientação da coordenação;
  • Participar de audiências e realizar diligências;
  • Realizar despachos com magistrados e autoridades policiais, quando necessário;
  • Conduzir negociações e formalizar acordos, respeitando as diretrizes internas;
  • Solicitar e reunir documentos e informações junto às áreas internas para subsidiar a condução dos processos;
  • Manter atualizados os sistemas de gestão processual e os registros das demandas;
  • Elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento processual e das atividades realizadas.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Direito;
  • Inscrição ativa e regular na OAB;
  • Conhecimento em Direito Civil e Processual Civil;
  • Conhecimento em elaboração de peças processuais e acompanhamento de processos judiciais;
  • Familiaridade com sistemas eletrônicos judiciais, como PJe, e-SAJ e eproc;
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal;
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência anterior em contencioso de massa;
  • Vivência em escritórios de advocacia ou departamentos jurídicos corporativos;
  • Conhecimento em Direito do Consumidor;
  • Experiência com demandas judiciais relacionadas ao mercado financeiro ou de consórcios.
