You’ll have:
Previous experience or strong working knowledge of fraud, ideally gained over a couple of years in an investigative, analytical or fraud-focused role Strong investigative skills and a naturally inquisitive mindset The ability to look beyond the obvious, spot unusual patterns and think differently about how fraud may be taking place Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large volumes of data The ability to interpret data and turn your findings into practical recommendations and actions Excellent online research and navigation skills, particularly across social media and open-source platforms Strong Excel and wider Microsoft Office skills The ability to produce clear, detailed investigation reports and communicate findings effectively Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels across the business Excellent attention to detail, even when managing multiple cases and competing priorities A proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to work at pace An interest in new fraud techniques, technology and emerging trends
Experience with Databricks would be advantageous but is not essential. We’re open to candidates from a variety of sectors, so you don’t need previous parcel, logistics or Loss Prevention experience. Relevant fraud experience and the right investigative mindset are the key things we’re looking for.
