Senior Network Forecasting and Planning Manager Rugby£58,000 - £70,00 plus bonus & benefits Monday to FridayHybrid working available, subject to business needs Shape how we plan one of the UK's largest parcel networks We're looking for an experienced Senior Network Forecasting and Planning Manager to lead forecasting, capacity planning and network optimisation across Evri's national operation. You'll ensure our forecasts, capacity and operational plans are aligned to customer demand and business growth, giving our network the insight and direction it needs to deliver consistently. Leading across Forecasting, Network Planning and Strategic Planning, you'll combine data, operational knowledge and commercial thinking to shape our network planning strategy. You'll also provide governance and direction to our International Planning & Service function, ensuring domestic and international planning remains aligned. What You'll Be Doing
Lead Evri's network forecasting and planning strategy. Own daily, weekly, Peak and annual volume forecasting. Align network capacity and operational plans with forecast demand. Lead Peak planning and network readiness across the operation. Identify capacity constraints, service risks and opportunities for optimisation. Use forecasting, modelling and operational data to support senior-level decision making. Drive improvements in planning processes, tools, automation and reporting. Support customer and business growth through effective capacity planning and network optimisation. Provide strategic direction to the International Planning & Service function. Lead, develop and coach high-performing planning teams.
What We're Looking For You'll be an experienced planning leader with a strong understanding of large-scale logistics, transport, supply chain or network operations. You'll bring:
Significant experience in network planning, forecasting, capacity planning, logistics or operational strategy. Strong forecasting, modelling and analytical capability. Experience planning for Peak, seasonal demand or significant changes in volume. Proven experience leading and developing teams. Experience delivering planning, transformation or continuous improvement initiatives. Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance service, cost, capacity and customer requirements. Confidence influencing and challenging senior and executive stakeholders. Advanced Excel skills and experience using data to drive decisions. A strategic mindset with the ability to remain close to operational delivery.
Experience developing planning tools, automation or reporting solutions would be beneficial. VBA, Microsoft Access or database knowledge is desirable but not essential. Why Join Evri?
