Responsabilidades:

Estamos em busca de um(a) Líder de IA para atuar em um projeto desafiador, com foco na gestão de pessoas e na coordenação de processos e iniciativas de Inteligência Artificial. Buscamos um(a) profissional com conhecimento em IA, interesse em liderança e potencial para orientar equipes, acompanhar entregas e contribuir para o desenvolvimento de soluções e estratégias de IA alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio.

  • Interesse e potencial para atuar na gestão de pessoas e na coordenação de processos e iniciativas de Inteligência Artificial, com disposição para desenvolver habilidades de liderança.
  • Experiência no desenvolvimento e implementação de aplicações de Inteligência Artificial.
  • Vivência em arquitetura de software, incluindo design de soluções escaláveis, padrões de projeto e integração de sistemas.
  • Experiência com IA Generativa, LLMs e integração de modelos de IA em aplicações.
  • Conhecimento em frameworks e bibliotecas de IA, como LangChain, LangGraph, PyTorch, TensorFlow ou Scikit-learn, conforme a aplicação.
  • Experiência no desenvolvimento e integração de APIs REST, utilizando frameworks como FastAPI ou Flask.
  • Conhecimento em bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais.
  • Experiência com versionamento de código utilizando Git, testes automatizados e boas práticas de desenvolvimento.
  • Vivência com integração de soluções de IA a sistemas e aplicações existentes.
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de RAG, embeddings e bancos de dados vetoriais, para aplicações baseadas em LLMs.

  • Experiência com provedores de IA em nuvem, como Azure AI, AWS Bedrock ou Google Vertex AI.
  • Conhecimento em Docker, microsserviços e pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Programas de incentivo a aprendizados (udemy)​;
