Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Du meisterst souverän sowohl nationalen als auch internationalen Kundenkontakt per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Du erstellst Verkaufsangebote in Absprache mit unseren Außendienstlern
  • Du garantierst einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Auftragsbearbeitung
  • Gibt es Probleme bei der Bestellabwicklung, wenden sich unsere Kunden gerne an Dich, um professionellen Support zu erhalten
  • Auch in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern wie z.B. unsere Logistikabteilung zeigst Du hohe Kompetenz
  • Bei Bedarf versendest Du Produktmuster an unsere Kunden

Das bringst du für die Position mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Büromanagement, Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement o.ä.,
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im Customer Service oder in der professionellen Kundenbetreuung
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Als Organisationstalent überzeugst Du durch Deine selbständige, gut strukturierte und dennoch flexible Arbeitsweise
  • In einer internationalen und multikulturellen Unternehmenskultur fühlst Du Dich wohl
  • Du bringst bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Microsoft Office Anwendungen und ERP-Systemen mit, vorzugsweise Business Central/Navision
