Leiter/\-in Finanzen 80\-100 % ----------------------------------

Ihre neue Herausforderung:

  • Operative Führung des Bereichs Finanzen einschliesslich Personalwesen
  • Eigenständige Erstellung von Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR sowie Berichterstattung an den Verwaltungsrat
  • Verantwortung für Betriebsbuchhaltung einschliesslich Bewirtschaften von Umlagen
  • Durchführung Budgetierungs\- und Planungsprozess
  • Vor\- und Nachkalkulation regulierter Netznutzungs\- und Energiepreise und marktorientierter Dienstleistungen mit Unterstützung des Geschäftsführers
  • Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung aller regulatorischen Finanzdaten sowie termingerechte Berichterstattung an die ElCom
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und strategische Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens
  • Führen eines kleinen Teams im Bereich Finanzen
  • Mitarbeit und Koordination von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

Sie zeichnen sich aus durch

  • eine höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder eidg. Fachausweis Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen
  • mehrjährige, fundierte Berufspraxis in einer ähnlichen Führungsfunktion, idealerweise in einem Energieversorgungsunternehmen
  • vertieftes Verständnis für betriebliche Kostenrechnung
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in MS\-Office\-Anwendungen und idealerweise Erfahrung mit dem ERP\-System Abacus
  • analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • eine strukturierte, exakte und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und angenehme Umgangsformen
