Aktualnie do jednej z łódzkich fabryk włókienniczych poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Brygadzisty Produkcji . Jeśli masz doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem produkcyjnym i potrafisz skutecznie organizować pracę, zapraszamy do aplikowania.

Wymagania:

  • doświadczenie na stanowisku Brygadzisty, Team Leadera lub Lidera Zespołu w środowisku produkcyjnym,
  • umiejętność zarządzania i organizowania pracy zespołu,
  • gotowość do pracy w systemie 3-zmianowym,
  • gotowość do pracy w soboty w okresach zwiększonej produkcji,
  • dobra organizacja pracy, samodzielność i odpowiedzialność,
  • mile widziane doświadczenie w branży włókienniczej, procesach farbiarskich lub pracy z barwnikami.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • organizowanie i koordynowanie pracy zespołu produkcyjnego,
  • realizacja planów produkcyjnych zgodnie z założonymi terminami,
  • dbanie o efektywność, wydajność i jakość produkcji,
  • nadzór nad prawidłowym przebiegiem procesów produkcyjnych,
  • obsługa i nadzór nad maszynami barwiarskimi,
  • kontrola przestrzegania zasad BHP oraz obowiązujących procedur,
  • rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów produkcyjnych,
  • raportowanie wyników produkcyjnych oraz pracy zespołu.
