Aktualnie dla naszego Klienta z branży produkcyjnej poszukujemy osoby do Działu Utrzymania Ruchu na stanowisko Elektronika.

Jeśli masz doświadczenie w diagnostyce i naprawie urządzeń produkcyjnych oraz chcesz rozwijać się w obszarze elektroniki i automatyki przemysłowej – zapraszamy do aplikowania. Lokalizacja: Łódź-Widzew

Zakres obowiązków:

• Diagnostyka oraz usuwanie awarii maszyn i urządzeń produkcyjnych w obszarze elektroniki i automatyki • Wykonywanie napraw bieżących oraz planowych maszyn, urządzeń i stanowisk produkcyjnych • Realizacja przeglądów okresowych oraz działań prewencyjnych zgodnie z harmonogramem • Udział w modernizacjach, przezbrojeniach i uruchomieniach maszyn oraz linii produkcyjnych • Wykonywanie prac lutowniczych podzespołów elektronicznych • Analiza przyczyn awarii i udział w działaniach usprawniających • Czytanie schematów elektrycznych oraz dokumentacji technicznej • Prowadzenie dokumentacji wykonanych prac serwisowych • Współpraca z działami produkcji, jakości oraz inżynierii

Wymagania:

• Wykształcenie techniczne • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w utrzymaniu ruchu lub na podobnym stanowisku • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w utrzymaniu ruchu lub na podobnym stanowisku • Znajomość podstaw elektrotechniki i elektroniki • Umiejętność czytania schematów elektrycznych i dokumentacji technicznej • Umiejętność wykonywania pomiarów elektrycznych • Znajomość aparatury sterowniczej, zabezpieczeń oraz układów zasilania maszyn • Podstawowa znajomość automatyki przemysłowej, sterowników PLC i systemów HMI będzie dodatkowym atutem • Uprawnienia SEP • Samodzielność, odpowiedzialność oraz umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów technicznych
