Twój zakres obowiązków

  • przygotowywanie cyklicznych raportów i analiz finansowych,
  • analiza przychodów, kosztów oraz podstawowych wskaźników finansowych,
  • wsparcie w procesie budżetowania i prognozowania (forecast),
  • analiza wykonania budżetu oraz identyfikowanie odchyleń,
  • przygotowywanie zestawień i raportów w MS Excel,
  • gromadzenie, porządkowanie oraz weryfikowanie danych finansowych,
  • monitorowanie poprawności i kompletności danych wykorzystywanych w raportowaniu,
  • przygotowywanie analiz wspierających podejmowanie decyzji biznesowych,
  • współpraca z działem finansowym, księgowością oraz innymi działami organizacji,
  • wsparcie przy przygotowywaniu raportów miesięcznych i okresowych,
  • udział w usprawnianiu oraz automatyzacji procesów raportowych,
  • bieżące wsparcie zespołu w zadaniach analitycznych.

Nasze wymagania

  • wykształcenie wyższe lub ostatnie lata studiów – preferowane kierunki: finanse i rachunkowość, ekonomia, controlling, matematyka, analityka biznesowa lub pokrewne,
  • pierwsze doświadczenie w obszarze finansów, controllingu, księgowości lub analizy danych będzie dodatkowym atutem,
  • dobra znajomość MS Excel – swobodna praca z formułami, tabelami przestawnymi i większymi zestawami danych,
  • umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i wyciągania wniosków,
  • dokładność i bardzo dobra organizacja pracy,
  • odpowiedzialność za jakość przygotowywanych danych,
  • chęć nauki i rozwoju w obszarze finansów,
  • komunikatywność i umiejętność współpracy z zespołem,
  • znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym pracę z dokumentacją i danymi biznesowymi.
