Szukamy osoby, która będzie odpowiedzialna za kompleksowe zarządzanie projektami outsourcingowymi w obszarze procesów logistycznych i produkcyjnych dla kluczowych klientów. To rola łącząca zarządzanie projektami, operacje i rozwój biznesu – z naciskiem na realizację wyników finansowych, optymalizację procesów oraz stałe zwiększanie rentowności projektów. Będziesz odpowiadać zarówno za stronę operacyjną projektu (delivery), jak i jego rozwój (performance, efektywność, marżowość).

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Planowanie i realizacja projektów outsourcingowych (zakres, harmonogram, zasoby, budżet).
  • Tworzenie i aktualizacja planów projektowych oraz matrycy ryzyka.
  • Organizacja pracy i wsparcie w budowie zespołów projektowych (rekrutacja, delegowanie, kontrola jakości).
  • Zapewnienie realizacji projektów zgodnie z SLA/KPI klienta.
  • Bieżące zarządzanie efektywnością operacyjną oraz współpraca z działami operacji, sprzedaży i KAM.
  • Monitorowanie postępu projektów i wdrażanie działań korygujących oraz usprawnień (Lean, continuous improvement).
  • Kontrola budżetu, rentowności oraz raportowanie wyników do przełożonego i klienta.
  • Wykorzystanie systemów IT do monitorowania i raportowania projektów.

Nasze wymagania:

  • 3–5 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu projektami (preferowane: logistyka, produkcja, outsourcing),
  • Znajomość metodologii zarządzania projektami,
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku operacyjnym (outsourcing / SSC / produkcja / logistyka),
  • Podstawowa znajomość procesów HR (rekrutacja, administracja personalna),
  • Znajomość Lean Management,
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Office (Word, PowerPoint),
  • Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.

  • Język ukraiński/rosyjski
