Koordynator Logistyki i Magazynu [k/m]

Dołącz do stabilnej i rozwijającej się firmy działającej w branży medycyny estetycznej. Poszukujemy osoby, która będzie odpowiedzialna za sprawną organizację procesów logistycznych, realizację zamówień oraz wsparcie operacyjne związane z dystrybucją produktów i organizacją wydarzeń dla klientów oraz partnerów firmy.

Zadania

  • Realizacja i koordynacja zamówień oraz przygotowanie wysyłek do klientów i przedstawicieli handlowych
  • Przyjmowanie dostaw, kontrola stanów magazynowych oraz nadzór nad dokumentacją magazynową i sprzedażową
  • Organizacja transportu, monitorowanie dostaw oraz wsparcie logistyczne wydarzeń i szkoleń firmy

Wymagania

  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku
  • Dobra znajomość systemów ERP/SAP (mile widziany SAP Business One) oraz MS Excel
  • Samodzielność, dobra organizacja pracy i umiejętność ustalania priorytetów
