For the internal structures of EWL Recruitment Solutions SRL we are looking for International Project Coordinator.

  • Coordinate daily operations of assigned projects.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage onboarding, accommodation, transport, and employee support processes.
  • Monitor project performance, costs, and workforce availability.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Ensure high-quality service for B2C Clients and strong cooperation with B2B Clients.
  • Experience in a staffing agency or cooperation with staffing agencies.
  • Experience in client service, project coordination, or operations.
  • Fluency in Romanian, communicative level of English, Ukrainian/ Russian/ Polish will be a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
  • Valid driving licence (Category B).
  • Full-time availability and flexibility when operational support is required.
  • Employment contract or B2B cooperation.
