For the internal structures of EWL Czech s.r.o. we are looking for International Project Coordinator.

  • Coordinate daily operations of assigned projects.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage onboarding, accommodation, transport, and employee support processes.
  • Monitor project performance, costs, and workforce availability.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Lead and support a team of 3 employees.
  • Ensure high-quality service for B2C Clients and strong cooperation with B2B Clients.
  • Experience in a staffing agency or cooperation with staffing agencies.
  • Experience in client service, project coordination, or operations.
  • Fluency in Czech, Ukrainian, and basic English.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
  • Valid driving licence (Category B).
  • Full-time availability and flexibility when operational support is required.
  • Employment contract or B2B cooperation.

Ваші обов'язки:

  • Координація щоденної діяльності закріплених проєктів.
  • Бути основною контактною особою для Клієнтів та внутрішніх зацікавлених сторін.
  • Організація процесів адаптації співробітників, проживання, транспорту та підтримки працівників.
  • Моніторинг ефективності проєктів, витрат і доступності персоналу.
  • Підготовка звітів і презентацій.
  • Керівництво та підтримка команди з 3 співробітників.
  • Забезпечення високої якості обслуговування B2C Клієнтів та ефективної співпраці з B2B Клієнтами.

Наші вимоги:

  • Досвід роботи в агентстві працевлаштування або співпраці з агентствами працевлаштування.
  • Досвід у сфері обслуговування клієнтів, координації проєктів або операційної діяльності.
  • Вільне володіння чеською та українською мовами, базове знання англійської мови.
  • Високі комунікаційні та організаційні навички.
  • Вміння працювати самостійно та ефективно вирішувати проблеми.
  • Дійсне посвідчення водія категорії B.
  • Повна зайнятість та готовність до гнучкого графіка у разі операційної необхідності.

Vaše úkoly:

  • Koordinace každodenních aktivit svěřených projektů.
  • Hlavní kontaktní osoba pro Klienty a interní zainteresované strany.
  • Řízení procesů onboardingu, ubytování, dopravy a podpory zaměstnanců.
  • Monitoring výkonnosti projektů, nákladů a dostupnosti pracovní síly.
  • Příprava reportů a prezentací.
  • Vedení a podpora týmu o 3 zaměstnancích.
  • Zajištění vysoké kvality služeb pro B2C Klienty a efektivní spolupráce s B2B Klienty.

Požadavky:

  • Zkušenost z personální agentury nebo spolupráce s personálními agenturami.
  • Zkušenosti v oblasti zákaznického servisu, koordinace projektů nebo provozních činností.
  • Plynulá znalost češtiny a ukrajinštiny, základní znalost angličtiny.
  • Výborné komunikační a organizační schopnosti.
  • Schopnost samostatné práce a efektivního řešení problémů.
  • Platný řidičský průkaz skupiny B.
  • Plný pracovní úvazek a časová flexibilita v případě provozních potřeb.
