For the internal structures of EWL Recruitment Solutions SRL we are looking for Sales Director.

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Romanian market.
  • Achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 Business Development Managers and 2 Key Account Managers located across Romania.
  • Drive new business acquisition and build long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiations to contract signature.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline performance, providing regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Build EWL's position as a trusted business partner in the Romanian market.
  • Represent the company during business events, industry conferences, and networking initiatives.
  • Support business expansion and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, sales management, or a strong commercial role with potential to grow into a Sales Director position.
  • Experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Strong track record in B2B sales and corporate client management.
  • Experience in international sales, market expansion, or business development in new countries.
  • Hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking.
  • Experience within the services industry (staffing, outsourcing, HR services, recruitment, consulting, logistics, or similar sectors will be an advantage).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
  • Fluency in Romanian and English.
  • Valid driving license (Category B).
  • Availability for business travel across Romania approximately 2-3 times per month.
