Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Fachperson, die mit Kompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und exakter Arbeitsweise einen wichtigen Beitrag für unser Unternehmen im Kundendienst leistet.

Dein zukünftiger Alltag

  • Du nimmst Kundenanliegen entgegen, klärst Fragen und erledigst diese selbstständig
  • Du unterstützt die korrekte, vollständige und termingerechte Erstellung unserer Kundenrechnungen und bearbeitest Rückfragen dazu
  • Du prüfst Abrechnungsgrundlagen und pflegst unsere Kunden\-, Vertrags\- und Abrechnungsdaten sorgfältig
  • Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team und den relevanten Schnittstellen zusammen und teilst dein Wissen
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in interne Projekte ein und arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse und Abläufe mit

Was du mitbringst

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung im Kundendienst oder einem dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeld mit
  • Du bist freundlich, kommunikationsstark und kundenorientiert
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst, behältst Termine im Auge und stimmst Engpässe frühzeitig ab
