Stage basé à Saint Denis, Ile de le Réunion

Au sein du département Marketing du Groupe EXA, vous assisterez la Directrice Marketing & Communication dans le déploiement de la stratégie de communication du groupe.

Vous participerez activement au rayonnement de la marque sur le plan local et national, avec un focus particulier sur le digital : animation des réseaux sociaux, création de contenus visuels, mise en valeur des actualités internes et externes, diffusion d’une image cohérente et engageante.

Vos missions

Animation des réseaux sociaux

• Participer à la création du calendrier éditorial

• Produire et publier des contenus engageants (posts, stories, interviews, etc.)

• Assurer une veille sur les tendances et bonnes pratiques digitales

• Contribuer à l’analyse des performances des publications

Création graphique

• Réaliser des visuels à destination du web et du print (réseaux sociaux, newsletters, affiches, kakémonos, présentations internes, etc.)

• Participer à la déclinaison de l’univers visuel de la marque sur différents supports

• Mettre en forme des documents en cohérence avec la charte graphique

Communication interne & externe

• Appuyer l’organisation de temps forts : événements internes, salons, campagnes clients

• Participer à la diffusion des supports de communication à destination des équipes et partenaires

• Valoriser les initiatives et projets du groupe à travers des formats accessibles et dynamiques

Profil recherché

• Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, communication ou design graphique (Bac+3 à Bac+5).

• À l’aise sur les réseaux sociaux et sensible aux enjeux d’image et de marque.

• Maîtrise des outils de création graphique (Canva, suite Adobe, etc.) appréciée.

• Créatif(ve), organisé(e) et proactif(ve), vous aimez travailler en équipe et vous savez vous adapter rapidement.

Un bon œil pour l’esthétique, une plume fluide et un esprit curieux seront vos meilleurs atouts !
