What You’ll Do

As part of our management team, you will be a leader who cultivates high-performing teams, solves problems across various business contexts, and leads world-class operations.   • Leading a 30-person packing department to ship thousands of daily orders.

Cash Compensation

  • Total cash compensation is generally around $175,000 to $320,000 and includes a profit sharing based on company profitability.
  • You will also receive a relocation stipend and signing bonus.
