Job Description

We are looking for an L1 Network Engineer to join our Network Operations team. You will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot our network infrastructure, including Aruba and Cisco switching, Check Point firewalls, and A10 load balancers. The role involves regular travel to our data centers and client offices for on-site support, hardware work, and incident resolution.

  • 1-3 years of experience in Network Operations or a NOC environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
  • Exposure to Aruba and/or Cisco switching environments.
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals such as VLANs, TCP/IP, routing, DHCP, DNS, and NAT.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools such as ping, traceroute, and Wireshark.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and SLA-driven operational environments.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts and travel to data centres and client sites when required
