Aliments Sofina Inc. est à la recherche d'un(e) Contrôleur(leuse) comptabilité financière et consolidation à son bureau de Lévis. Relevant du Directeur principal finance, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la production, l'analyse et la consolidation de l'information financière de l'organisation. Vous contribuerez à assurer la fiabilité des résultats financiers, la standardisation des pratiques comptables ainsi que le respect des échéanciers de fermeture financière. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les contrôleurs financiers des usines, les équipes finances et la Chef crédit et comptes à recevoir afin de soutenir les activités financières et d'identifier des occasions d'amélioration. RESPONSABILITÉS

Coordonner la collecte, la validation et la consolidation des données financières provenant des différentes usines; Préparer et analyser les états financiers ainsi que les rapports destinés à la direction; Participer aux processus de fermeture mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle; Veiller à la qualité, à l'intégrité et à la cohérence de l'information financière; Assurer l'application uniforme des pratiques comptables au sein des différentes unités d'affaires; Agir comme personne-ressource auprès des équipes financières dans la résolution d'enjeux comptables; Participer aux audits internes et externes; Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus financiers et des contrôles internes;

Collaborer avec la Chef crédit et comptes à recevoir dans le suivi des indicateurs de performance et l'analyse des résultats du secteur; Réaliser des analyses financières permettant d'optimiser le fonds de roulement et la gestion des comptes clients; Participer aux initiatives d'amélioration des processus liés au crédit, à la facturation, au recouvrement et aux contrôles internes; Contribuer au maintien de l'intégrité des données financières et au respect des politiques de crédit.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES

Baccalauréat en Administration des affaires avec une spécialisation en comptabilité; Détenir le titre de CPA; Minimum de 10 années d'expérience pertinente en comptabilité et en finance; Expérience en consolidation financière; Solide maîtrise d'Excel et des outils Microsoft Office; Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier, un atout; Expérience en crédit et comptes à recevoir, un atout important;

Bilinguisme (français et anglais) essentiel, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, afin de collaborer avec les équipes financières, les partenaires d'affaires et les différentes entités de l'organisation à travers le Canada.
