  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term delivery with long-term innovation; ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
  • Prioritize product features and capabilities based on value, effort, dependencies, and user feedback.
  • Translate ideas into clear, testable user stories and success criteria; support agile events and iterative delivery.

  • Help shape and evolve good practices across the team—encouraging collaboration, user focus, and agility.
  • Mentor team members, share knowledge, and promote a product-thinking mindset across the organization.
  • Lead and conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), 508 compliance testing, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to define, plan, and deliver end-to-end product solutions in cross-functional, agile environments.
  • Experience transforming “requirements” to an evidence-based, prioritized product backlog.
  • Skilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts that enable efficient development.
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and backlog management practices.
  • Ability to lead discovery work using a range of research methods and collaborate on iterative design.
  • Comfortable working with data—able to define metrics, analyze performance, and use insights to drive decisions.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
