Für eine befristete Anstellung bis ca. Oktober 2027 suchen wir per sofort für die Unterstützung und Entlastung der Geschäftsleitung (Verkauf, AVOR, Personal) und Betreuung von kleinen Projekten von A\-Z eine Sachbearbeiterin Verkauf Innendienst \& HR

Sachbearbeiterin Verkauf Innendienst \& HR ==========================================

Hauptaufgaben:

• Bedienung der Telefonzentrale und erste Ansprechperson für externe Ansprechgruppen

• Betreuung, Bearbeitung und Koordination des Kontakt\-E\-Mail

• Selbständige Abwicklung sowie Unterstützung des Verkaufs von kleinen Kundenprojekten von A bis Z

• Abwicklung und Beratung von Werbeartikel und Textilien

• Erstellung von Offerten sowie deren koordinierte Nachfassung

• Projekterfassung in unseren ERP und CRM\-Systemen und Archivierung aller relevanten Projektunterlagen

• Projektbezogene Bestellungen von Produktionsmaterialien oder Endprodukten bei Lieferanten und Partnern

• Planung und Terminierung aller relevanten Produktionsschritte und personelle Ressourcen sowie Endtermine und Montagetermine

• Projektübergabe an Produktionsabteilung in Abstimmung mit Produktionsleitung

• Abrechnung der Projekte und Übergabe zur Nachkontrolle und Freigabe an Finanzen

• Diverse organisatorische und administrative Arbeiten für die Geschäftsleitung

• Mitarbeit im Kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP). Aktiv an der Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen mitarbeiten, Änderungen unterstützen und konstruktiv zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen beitragen.

Anforderungen:

  • Kfm. Grundausbildung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung vorallem am Empfang mit direktem Kundenkontakt
  • Kommunikationstalent
  • Flexibel und belastbar mit Durchsetzungsvemögen
