Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind:

  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und Kundenanfragen (telefonisch und schriftlich)
  • Erstellen von Angeboten
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Erfassen von Kundenaufträgen im ERP-System
  • Stellvertretende Aufgaben im Innendienst
  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten

Sie bringen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelbranche von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich & schriftlich)
  • Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute Computerkenntnisse MS- Office
  • Motivierte, eigenverantwortliche Persönlichkeit mit unternehmerischem Denken
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität in hektischen Momenten
  • Kenntnisse in Hygienevorschriften oder Qualitätssicherung von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft, jeden 2. Samstagvormittag zu arbeiten
