  • Network Engg- L1
  • Work location- Bouna Vista Support and manage routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN gateways, proxies, wireless LAN controllers, NAC appliances, and load balancers.
  • Monitor network availability, performance, and security using Network Management Systems, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Respond to network incidents within agreed SLAs, follow incident management procedures, and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Maintain network diagrams, configuration records, device inventories, RMA records, and incident reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors, telecom operators, and ISPs for fault resolution, system onboarding, and 24/7 standby support.
