Dans le cadre du renforcement d'une équipe Global Safety, nous recherchons un(e) Pharmacovigilance Business Intelligence & Aggregate Safety Reporting Analyst pour assurer la continuité d'activité d'une fonction clé au sein d'un environnement international exigeant.

Missions principales :

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs en pharmacovigilance et les traduire en solutions conformes aux exigences GxP.
  • Configurer et maintenir les rapports réglementaires et analytiques dans Business Objects (PSUR, DSUR, PADER, compliance, monitoring, etc.).
  • Assurer l'interface entre les équipes métier Pharmacovigilance et les équipes IT pour les évolutions et mises en production.
  • Fournir le support utilisateur et accompagner la résolution des incidents liés aux rapports et aux données.
  • Participer aux activités de documentation, validation et conformité des systèmes.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs lors des tests et recettes des nouvelles fonctionnalités ou évolutions.
  • Prioriser les demandes et tickets selon leur impact opérationnel et leur criticité réglementaire.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des outils, processus et pratiques de reporting en pharmacovigilance.

Requirements

  • Formation : Pharmacien, Master en Pharmacovigilance, Affaires Réglementaires, Sciences de la Vie ou équivalent.
  • Expérience : Expérience avérée en pharmacovigilance avec une expertise en reporting réglementaire (PSUR, DSUR, PADER) et en outils de Business Intelligence appliqués aux données de sécurité.
  • Compétences : Solide maîtrise des processus de pharmacovigilance, des exigences GxP, du recueil de besoins métiers, du support utilisateur et de l'interface avec les équipes IT.
  • Langues : Français et anglais professionnels requis pour évoluer dans un environnement international.
