As the Support Services Engineer, you will:

o Providing technical support for networking and security products

o Preparing and conducting solution testing

o Delivering first-line support for Fortinet products

o Continuously developing technical knowledge and expertise

o Collaborating with IT experts and professionals

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Support Services Engineer:

o Has basic knowledge of computer networking

o Understand of network security technologies, including Firewall, IPS, and VPN solutions

o Has Strong communication skills

o Independence, availability, and a consistent approach to work

o Has planning and time management skills

o Has Knowledge of the FortiGate platform will be considered a strong advantage

o Has English language proficiency enabling effective communication
