The posting

El Business Partner (BP) será un perfil junior que acompañará transversalmente al equipo del proyecto, proporcionando soporte a las diferentes áreas funcionales y técnicas y participando activamente en las actividades de implementación de SAP IBP.

Su objetivo será apoyar la ejecución del proyecto, facilitar la coordinación entre los diferentes consultores y desarrollar progresivamente conocimiento funcional y técnico en SAP IBP.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Acompañar al equipo de consultores durante las diferentes fases de la implementación de SAP IBP.
  • Participar en workshops, reuniones de proyecto y sesiones de trabajo con el cliente.
  • Apoyar a los consultores Foundation, Supply Optimization y Technical & Integration en sus actividades.
  • Preparar y mantener documentación funcional, técnica y de proyecto.
  • Apoyar la preparación de:Presentaciones. Workshops. Materiales de capacitación. Test scripts. Actas y minutas. Status reports. Tracking de issues y action items.
  • Participar en actividades de data validation, revisión de master data y validación de resultados.
  • Apoyar la ejecución de unit testing, integration testing y UAT.
  • Registrar, documentar y hacer seguimiento de defects e incidencias.
  • Apoyar las actividades de data migration y data validation.
  • Acompañar las actividades de configuración realizadas por los consultores senior, desarrollando conocimiento práctico de SAP IBP.
  • Apoyar la preparación y ejecución de cutover y go-live.
  • Participar en las actividades de hypercare, ayudando en el seguimiento y resolución de incidentes.
  • Mantener actualizado el seguimiento de actividades, pendientes, decisiones y riesgos del proyecto.
  • Facilitar la comunicación y coordinación entre los diferentes workstreams.
  • Apoyar al Project Manager en actividades de project governance y reporting.
  • Desarrollar progresivamente autonomía en actividades funcionales y técnicas de SAP IBP.
