Deine Rolle Als Travelling Lifestyle Agent bist du ein flexibel eingesetztes Talent unserer Agentur. Je nach Profil und Auftrag berätst und verkaufst du, repräsentierst Marken, betreust Gäste oder erbringst fachliche, kreative, künstlerische oder unterhaltende Leistungen. Dabei vertrittst du EBL und unsere Partner professionell und setzt deine Aufträge zuverlässig und gemäss Briefing um.

Arbeitsmodell - Anstellung im Stundenlohn, ausschliesslich als unechte Arbeit auf Abruf - Kein garantiertes Fixpensum und kein garantiertes Auftragsvolumen - Wir bieten dir einzelne Aufträge an. Du entscheidest frei, ob du sie annimmst oder ablehnst. - Mit deiner Annahme werden der Auftrag, die vereinbarten Auftragstage und die bestätigten Zeiten verbindlich. - Wechselnde Einsatzorte im jeweils vereinbarten Gebiet

Deine Aufgaben - Beratung und Verkauf, Markenrepräsentation, Promotion und Gästebetreuung oder fachliche, kreative, künstlerische bzw. unterhaltende Leistungen, je nach Auftrag - Professioneller, authentischer und auftragsgerechter Auftritt für EBL, unsere Partner und Auftraggeber - Umsetzung der geltenden Marken-, Service- und Qualitätsstandards sowie Teilnahme an vereinbarten Trainings - Vorbereitung auf deine Auftragstage anhand der Briefings und sorgfältige, fachgerechte Umsetzung vor Ort - Einhalten der vereinbarten Zeiten und Abläufe sowie ein ordentlicher Arbeits- oder Auftrittsbereich - Laufende Information der Ansprechperson der Agentur. Kundenrückmeldungen, besondere Vorkommnisse und Verbesserungsvorschläge meldest du zeitnah. - Vollständige und fristgerechte Erfassung von Arbeitszeiten und Auftragsberichten - Sofortige Meldung von Verhinderungen und Änderungen an die Agentur - Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Produkten, Materialien und vertraulichen Informationen. Du hältst die Vorgaben zu Datenschutz, Hygiene und Sicherheit ein. - Selbstständiges Arbeiten innerhalb des Briefings. Preise, Sonderkonditionen, Auftragsänderungen oder Zusatzleistungen sprichst du mit der Agentur ab.

Dein Profil - Interesse an Beauty, Lifestyle, Events, Marken oder kreativen und künstlerischen Aufgaben - Die für deine Aufträge erforderliche Erfahrung, Ausbildung oder praktische Fachkompetenz (z. B. in Verkauf, Promotion, Kosmetik, Make-up, Styling, Kunst oder Entertainment) - Klare, freundliche Kommunikation und ein professioneller, auftragsgerechter Auftritt - Zuverlässige, pünktliche und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise - Lernbereitschaft und konstruktiver Umgang mit Rückmeldungen - Die für den jeweiligen Auftrag erforderlichen Sprachkenntnisse - Mobilität für wechselnde Auftragsorte im vereinbarten Gebiet
