As a Global Talent Acquisition, Candidate Management & Strategy Specialist, drive and enhance talent acquisition strategies globally while managing candidate journeys from initial contact to onboarding.

Responsibilities

The role involves developing and executing talent sourcing strategies, utilizing data driven insights to optimize recruitment processes, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring needs. Essential skills include proficiency in global recruitment practices, Fair understanding of the law of the land, Local vendor relationship management and advanced candidate management, strong strategic planning, and effective communication. lead talent acquisition initiatives, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and implement best practices to attract and retain top talent with strong focus on audit and compliance.
