Job Description

Job Title: OneTrust Consultant and Solution Analyst

Department: Data & Analytics, Consent and Privacy Team

Location: Remote

Overview /Objective:

The Consent and Privacy team of a major professional sports league is looking for a Technical Consultant that is proficient in OneTrust.

The Technical Consultant will work closely with the Consent and Privacy team to implement a digital Preference Center that league and club fans will use in their interactions with the league and 32 Clubs.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll work closely with the Consent and Privacy team and with the 32 Clubs to build scalable and optimally performing implementations Club by Club.
  • You’ll configure, administer, and troubleshoot our OneTrust environments based on feedback from stakeholders across the league and clubs
  • You’ll design and implement the runbooks and operating procedures for league and club consent environments.
  • You’ll contribute to the UI/UX journey development for fans of the league.
  • You’ll participate in governance activities including risk assessment, security testing and ensure implementation of best practices in these areas.
  • You’ll design work plans and monitor project and program progress by tracking activity, resolving problems and publishing progress reports.
  • Actively participate in all agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning and retros.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of working experience in a OneTrust or related environment as a consultant, developer, or architect, customer facing experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Consent and Preference Management modules of OneTrust and/or Data Privacy concepts and processes
  • Good understanding and working experience with Web Technologies: REACT JS, CSS, JQuery, Spring MVC, JSP/Servlet, Material UI/UX
  • Experience with CSS and UI/UX Design for configuration
  • Experience working with Cloud data platforms, preferably AWS
  • Sound knowledge of CI workflows and build/test/deploy automation.
  • Sound knowledge of Integration patterns, Batch processing and REST API
  • Experience working with Postman API integration tools.
  • Service Layer Experience, and good understanding of the authentication and authorization technique
  • Strong problem-solving skills and passion for overcoming challenges and delivering for customers as part of a team and by individual investigation.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong detail orientation is critical in this role

Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced project management frameworks and methodologies. Lead and mentor junior PMO team members, fostering a culture of project excellence. Conduct indepth project assessments, identifying opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and KPIs. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and dependencies. Utilize BI tools and techniques to analyze project data, generate insightful reports, and identify trends. Identify and implement datadriven strategies to enhance project performance and decision making. Develop and implement effective change management strategies to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification. Experience in digital transformation projects. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools Min 12 years
