Vos missions :

  • Aider les équipes de production à identifier les non-conformités des fournisseurs détectées lors de la production ou du contrôle à la réception​
  • Participer à l’analyse des causes profondes des défauts des fournisseurs, en collaboration avec les autres membres du service Qualité fournisseurs​
  • Gérer les opérations visant à remédier aux non-conformités des fournisseurs sur le terrain : tri des pièces défectueuses, retouche des pièces, accompagnement du fournisseur ou d’une entreprise de tri, etc.​
  • Rédiger des formulaires de non-conformité afin de lancer le processus de signalement auprès des fournisseurs.​
  • Organiser les aspects opérationnels du renvoi des pièces aux fournisseurs et de leur retour vers les usines Exotec​
  • Assurer la liaison avec la production afin de garantir la continuité de l’approvisionnement (éviter les ruptures de stock).​
  • Effectuer les travaux préparatoires aux FOI (First Order Inspections, inspections de première commande) afin d’assister les techniciens chargés des contrôles à la réception et les ingénieurs qualité fournisseurs qui valident les FOI

Profil

  • Formation Bac+2 à Bac+3 en Qualité, Mesures Physiques, Génie Industriel ou équivalent.
  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en qualité industrielle, contrôle qualité, qualité fournisseurs ou qualité production.
  • Expérience dans la gestion des non-conformités fournisseurs et le traitement des défauts qualité.
  • Aisance dans les activités terrain : tri, sécurisation des stocks, retouche et traitement des pièces non conformes.
  • Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les équipes Production, Logistique, Approvisionnement et Qualité.
  • Rigueur, organisation et sens des priorités dans un environnement industriel en évolution rapide
  • Bon niveau d'anglais
